verified.work ("we", "us", "our") operates this waitlist website. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this site is the email address you choose to submit when joining the waitlist. We may also collect basic, non-identifying technical information such as page views and general device type to understand how the site is used.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to:

• let you know when early access to verified.work opens; and
• send occasional updates about the product's progress.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to run this site:

• LaunchList to manage the waitlist itself.
• Resend to deliver email.
• Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
• Vercel to host the site.

These providers process your information only on our behalf, only to provide those services, and under their own privacy commitments.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never hand your details to other companies for their own marketing. The only exception is where we are required to disclose information by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function correctly, plus Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics to identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until verified.work launches, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever happens first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email admin@verifiedwork.co and we will take care of it. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.
